COLUMBIA, Ky. – The NAIA announced the 40-team field for the 2025 Men's Soccer National Tournament on Friday evening, revealing that the No. 6-ranked Lindsey Wilson men's soccer team will be the host of the first and second rounds.
The Blue Raiders will welcome Harris-Stowe State (Mo.) and Ottawa (Kan.) to Columbia. The Hornets and the Braves will faceoff on Thursday, November 20 at 1 p.m. CT on Ray Wells Field at Walter S. Reuling Stadium. Lindsey Wilson awaits the winner on Saturday, November 22 at 5 p.m. CT.
Lindsey Wilson earned an at-large bid into the field and is making its 32nd appearance in the national tournament. This season, the Blue Raiders are 12-3-1 and went 4-2 in Mid-South Conference play. The Blue Raiders reached the MSC Tournament semifinals, falling to eventual tournament champions Bethel (Tenn.).
Harris-Stowe State is 10-6-3 and earned an automatic bid into the national tournament with a 2-1 victory over Columbia (Mo.) in the finals of the American Midwest Conference Tournament. The Hornets are making their fourth appearance in the national tournament and their first since 2000.
Ottawa earned an automatic bid after finishing runner-up in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Braves are 13-2-6 and played in the first round of the NAIA Tournament in Columbia in 2023, taking on Indiana Tech. Ottawa is making its fifth appearance in the tournament.
Joining the Blue Raiders from the MSC into the 40-team field are Bethel, Cumberlands (Ky.), and Cumberland (Tenn.).
