Box Score LEBANON, Ill. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's basketball team lost to McKendree (Ill.) University 67-60 Wednesday night in Lebanon, Illinois.
The Bearcats (2-1) began the game on a 20-7 run and never trailed the rest of the game. McKendree held Lindsey Wilson to 29-percent shooting in the first half as they took a 32-19 halftime lead.
Lindsey Wilson (3-2) used a 9-2 run in the closing minutes to cut the McKendree lead to 65-60. The Blue Raiders were unable to close the gap any further after two Bearcat free-throws sealed a 67-60 McKendree victory.

Demoya Williams scored a game-high 22 points, all in the second half. Williams also grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds. Sophomore center
Terran Duncan notched another double-double with 16 points and ten rebounds.
McKendree was led in scoring by junior guard Katie Hasheider's 20 points. Junior forward Emily Hart scored 18 points and dished out seven assists to lead the Bearcat charge.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 6 p.m. CT on Thursday, November 17 as the Blue Raiders host Spalding (Ky.) University at Biggers Sports Center.
