Box Score PIKEVILLE, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's basketball team ended a four-game losing streak with a 59-53 comeback win over host Pikeville (Ky.) College on Saturday afternoon at the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center.
Lindsey Wilson (17-9, 5-3 in the Mid-South Conference) -- ranked No. 23 in the NAIA -- overcame a 10-point second-half deficit to pick up the conference win.
Pikeville falls to 11-16 overall and 0-8 in the conference.
The Blue Raiders overcame poor shooting -- 33.9 percent from the field and 22.2 percent from behind the three-point arc -- to avoid the upset.
Lindsey Wilson forced the Lady Bears into costly turnovers down the stretch to remain in the top three in the conference race with two games left on the schedule. Pikeville ended the game with 21 turnovers.

Terran Duncan led the Blue Raiders with 18 points, and senior
Demoya Williams added 15. Williams just missed her 10th double-double of the season, as she grabbed nine rebounds.
Pikeville sophomore Kellie Jo Moore led the Lady Bears with 15 points and nine rebounds off the bench. Junior reserve Tonya Amburgey added 13 points.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 6 p.m. CT on Thursday, February 23, as they travel to Lambuth (Tenn.) University in Jackson for a women's and men's conference doubleheader.
