Box Score NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's basketball team ended their three-game losing streak tonight with a 70-51 win at Indiana University Southeast.
Lindsey Wilson senior center Terran Duncan scored a team-high 14 points to lead the Blue Raiders (5-4) to the win. Senior forward Moneta Anderson chipped in 13 points off the bench helping the Blue Raiders to a 34-15 advantage from the reserves.
The Blue Raiders dominated play inside out-scoring the Grenadiers 46-16 in the paint. Lindsey Wilson also finished with a 48-33 rebounding advantage.
The Lindsey Wilson defense equaled the offense limiting IU Southeast (2-5) to just 29.4 percent (15-of-51) shooting from the field and forcing 22 turnovers.
IU Southeast's Andrea Chambers led all scores with 17 points.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 7 p.m. CT on Friday, Dec. 7 as the Blue Raiders face defending national champion Lambuth (Tenn.) University at the Campbellsville (Ky.) University Classic.
