Box Score COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's and women's tennis teams picked up wins in their Mid-South Conference opener over visiting University of the Cumberlands today at the LWC Tennis Courts.
The No. 6-ranked Lindsey Wilson men did not drop a set en route to a 9-0 win over Patriots. The No. 3-ranked Blue Raider women matched the men with an identical 9-0 win over the Cumberlands women.
The Lindsey Wilson men and women improve to 3-0 on the season and 1-0 in the MSC. The Cumberlands men fall to 2-5 and 1-1 in the MSC, while the Patriot women fall to 3-2 overall and 1-1 in the conference.
Lindsey Wilson is scheduled to return to action on Friday, March 14 as the Blue Raiders host the University of West Alabama and Oklahoma Baptist University at Gorin Park in Glasgow, Ky.
