LONDON, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College junior Krista Burton captured her 10th career title on Tuesday by winning the Bill Sergent Invitational hosted by University of the Cumberlands at Crooked Creek Golf Club.

Burton shot a two round total of four-over par 150 (75-75) over the 5,989 yard, par 73 Crooked Creek course. The Jamestown, Ky., native, led the field with seven birdies for the tournament, including four today.

Burton is the first woman golfer in the program's history to reach double digit wins in a career.

Burton beat Lee (Tenn.) University's Rachel Ingram by five shots to win the first tournament of the season. Ingram finished with a 155 (79-76).

Lindsey Wilson sophomore Chelsey Key finished tied for sixth with a two-day total of 167 (79-88). Key joined Burton on the six woman all-tournament team.

Senior Aline Decker finished 16th with a 175 (88-87).

The Blue Raiders did not compete as a team.

Campbellsville (Ky.) University won the team title with a two-day total of 684 (343-341). Georgetown (Ky.) College (354-339) and Cumberlands (350-343) tied for second with a 693.
