BEREA, Ky. -- Junior Bethany Spillman scored a game-high 19 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Lindsey Wilson College women's basketball team to a 77-60 win against Berea (Ky.) College on Saturday in the Berea College Classic.

Junior Viktoria Krell tallied 16 points and seven rebounds and senior Sierra Rambert added 13 points for the Blue Raiders.

Berea was led by Raven Hunt and Emily Hinkson with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

The Blue Raiders got off to a quick start to lead 38-22 at halftime.

At the break, Lindsey Wilson was shooting 40.0 percent from the field, while the Mountaineers hit just 23.3 percent of their shots.

Lindsey Wilson finished the game with an advantage in rebounds (53-43), assists (16-12) and blocks (4-3).

For the game, the Blue Raiders shot 36.6 percent from the field, including a 14.3 percent mark from behind the arc. Berea shot 32.2 percent from the field and 20.0 percent on three pointers.

Lindsey Wilson improves to 5-0 on the season with the win, while Berea drops to 2-5.
