WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- The Lindsey Wilson College women's basketball team wrapped up its exhibition season on Sunday with a 74-39 loss at Purdue (Ind.) University.
Lindsey Wilson senior guard Sierra Rambert scored a team-high 15 points while junior center Viktoria Krell and sophomore Lindsey Waters added eight points each.
The Blue Raiders -- who defeated Union (Ky.) College 72-51 in the regular season opener on Saturday -- managed just 28.8 percent (15-of-52) shooting from the field against the Big Ten school.
Three Boilermakers scored in double figures led by sophomore Brittany Rayburn's 21 points.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action on Tuesday, Nov. 10, as the Blue Raiders host Indiana University Southeast at Biggers Sports Center. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. CT.
