Box Score COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Senior guard Ewa Bukowska scored a team-high 17 points, grabbed six rebounds and recorded five steals in her last regular season game leading Lindsey Wilson to an 80-58 victory over St. Catharine (Ky.) College today at Biggers Sports Center.
No. 20-ranked Lindsey Wilson (23-7, 9-3 in the Mid-South Conference) opened the game on a 26-8 run spanning over the first 11 minutes. Bukowska scored seven points during the run.
The Blue Raiders went into half leading 46-23.
In the second half St. Catharine (12-18, 2-10) went on a 17-3 run cutting the Lindsey Wilson lead to nine points. Junior guard Erin Rogers made four of her five three pointers during the span. Rogers finished with a game-high 25 points.
That was as close as the Patriots would get.
Lindsey Wilson ended the game scoring 21 of the final 30 points en route to the 80-58 victory.
The Blue Raiders forced 31 turnovers leading to 36 points. Bukowska's five steals pulled her within one of cracking the top 10 in the all-time single-season steals list.
Junior guard Sierra Rambert (16) and sophomore guard Valentina Cora (14) joined Bukowska in double-figures.
