MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The Lindsey Wilson College swimming team improved to 3-1 in dual meets with a pair of wins in tri-meet action on Saturday at Rhodes (Tenn.) College.
The Blue Raiders topped the host Lynx 57-53 and took apart Bethel (Tenn.) College 78-4.
Freshman Jonathan Hindman led the Blue Raiders with three first-place finishes. The Russelville, Ky., native too first in the 200-yard freestyle (1:54.81), 100 breaststroke (1:04.25) and 200-breast (2:21.15).
Sophomore Troy Jobe placed first in the 100-backstroke with a time of 56.10 seconds and the 200-back with a time of 2:10.09. Freshman Corey Hall also brought home two first-place finishes with a time of 2:03.89 in the 200-butterfly and 2:06.76 in the 200-individual medley.
Lindsey Wilson returns to the pool at 10 a.m. CT on Nov. 20 against Union (Ky.) College at the Holloway Health & Wellness Center Natatorium.
