COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Ashley Rainey scored a season-high 32 points and chipped in 17 rebounds to lead the Blue Raiders to a 59-42 win over visiting Berea (Ky.) tonight at Biggers Sports Center.

Rainey was spectacular making 11 of her 14 shots from the field and 10-for-12 from the free throw. It is her eighth double-double of the season.

While Rainey dominated on the offensive end, the Blue Raider defense co-starred in the win.

Lindsey Wilson (5-3) held Berea to just 29.3 percent (21-of-51) shooting from the field and 2-for-15 from (13.3 percent) beyond the 3-point arc. The Mountaineers also committed 19 turnovers in the game.

The Blue Raiders also controlled the boards to the tune of a 51-28 rebounding advantage.

Jasmine Brimm added nine points while Emily Meeks produced six points off the Blue Raider bench.

Johnesha Warren led Berea with 17 points.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 1 p.m. CT on Saturday, Dec. 8 as the Blue Raiders travel to No. 6-ranked Lee (Tenn.) in Cleveland, Tenn.
