COLUMBIA, Ky. -- It was another sweep over a Mid-South Conference foe today for the Lindsey Wilson College men's tennis team as the No. 12-ranked Blue Raiders beat St. Catharine (Ky.) College 9-0 at Henry Baughman Tennis Complex.

Lindsey Wilson improves to 12-4 on the season and 4-0 in the MSC with the win. St. Catharine falls to 1-4 overall and 1-3 in conference play.

The Blue Raiders cruised through doubles play dropping just two games in the three matches to jump out to a 3-0 lead in the overall match.

Lindsey Wilson's Fabricio Morales and Gilles Cornelis -- playing in the No. 2 doubles match -- and third-seeded Victor Saez and Marlon Dal Pont each won by scores of 8-0. Fernando Bogajo and Fredrik Graaner completed the doubles sweep with an 8-2 win over St. Catharine's Andre Jacomini and Ethan Rowton.

Cornelis and Dal Pont closed out the match by securing the team's fourth and fifth points with identical 6-0, 6-0 wins over Lazar Zivic and Aaron Giles in the No. 5 and No. 6 singles matches.

The rest of the matches were completed with all four Blue Raiders winning in straight sets.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 11 a.m. CT as the Blue Raiders host Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) University at Henry Baughman Tennis Complex.
