CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Lindsey Wilson women's basketball defeated Cincinnati Christian (Ohio) University 79-55 on Saturday afternoon at Jill Rendell Court.

Lindsey Wilson was led by Candance Foster who had a career-high 20 points, shooting 6-of-9 from beyond the arc to lead the Blue Raiders to a 40-18 lead at halftime.

Jamie Cummings led the team with nine rebounds and scored 13 points, shooting 6-of-11 from the field. Kayla Richardson had a team-high five assists to go with her 11 points while Chanel Roberts finished the game with five steals, six points and five rebounds.

The Blue Raiders (10-1, 1-1 MSC) shot 54.8 percent from the field while holding the Eagles to 34.5 percent. Lindsey Wilson held a 28-20 advantage in defensive rebounds and allowed Cincinnati Christian to convert on two of 18 three-point shots. The Blue Raiders were limited to four free-throws (3-of-4) while the the Eagles were 13-of-19 from the line.

Cincinnati Christian (4-7) was led by Amanda Baute who finished the game with a double-double - 24 points and 14 rebounds. Sydney Mason had five assists in the game for the Eagles.

Lindsey Wilson is 2-0 this season against the Eagles, defeating Cincinnati Christian in Columbia, Ky. 84-58 on November 8.

The Blue Raiders host Berea (Ky.) College on Tuesday, December 17 at 5 p.m. CT inside Biggers Sports Center.
