COHUTTA, Ga. -- The Lindsey Wilson women's golf closed out its fall schedule today with a 10th-place finish at the Roadrunner Invitational at Nob North Golf Course.
The No. 21-ranked Blue Raiders continued their round-by-round improvement with a team-tournament best 320 today. Lindsey Wilson concluded the three-round, two-day event with a team-total 1,002 (347-335-320).
Lindsey Wilson closes out the fall season with a team scoring average of 316.6.
No. 5-ranked William Carey (Miss) won the loaded field with a 931 (312-313-306). No. 3-ranked Dalton State (Ga.) ended runner-up with a 936 (317-307-312). Ten ranked teams and two teams just outside the top-25 but receiving voting points were in the 16-team field.
Tara Rodenhurst concluded the tournament as the top Lindsey Wilson golfer in the 82-woman field. She posted a three-round total of 242 (82-78-82) following today's 82 to finish tied for 23rd.
Bo Park shot the round of the day for the Blue Raiders with a 5-over par 77. Courtney Vincent was one shot off Park's pace with a 6-over par 78. Park finished tied for 30th overall with a 244 (87-80-77) while Vincent ended in a tie for 47th at 256 (89-89-78).
Dacie Bolton's 260 (89-88-83) and Logan Jenkins' 295 (97-99-99) rounds out the Blue Raider quintet.
Loyola-New Orleans' Daria Delfino earned medalist honors with a 224 (77-75-72).
Lindsey Wilson returns to action early next spring to conclude the 2018-19 season.
