Box Score COLUMBIA, Ky. – The (RV) Lindsey Wilson women's basketball team picked up their second Mid-South Conference win of the season after taking down Shawnee State (Ohio) 84-63 at Biggers Sports Center. 
Lindsey Wilson (5-3, 2-1 MSC) finished the game shooting 50.8 percent from the floor including a 7-of-22 mark from three. The Bears struggled from the floor, shooting just 31.8 percent, and were slightly better from beyond the arc at 33.3 percent.
Turnover were abundant in the Blue Raiders win as both squads combined for 31 with the Blue Raiders tallying 17 due in large part to a Bears defensive pressure. Lindsey Wilson dominated the glass, outrebounding Shawnee State 42-28.
In total four Blue Raiders finished scoring in double figures. Amerah Steele led the way finishing with a team-high 19 points while adding six boards. Bree Glover just missed out on a double-double scoring 10 points and a game-high nine rebounds. Sydnie Hall added 14 points as Maleigha Oldham added 12 points and six rebounds.
Lindsey Wilson trailed 11-10 in the first quarter before a 7-0 LWC run over the final 5:58 of play pushed the lead to a six-point advantage after ten minutes. The Blue Raiders maintained their lead in the second, leading by as many as 11 points before ultimately taking a 32-22 lead into halftime.
The Blue Raiders scored 52 points in the second half, outscoring the Bears by 11 points over the final 20 minutes.
Kam Elzy finished with a game-high 20 points for Shawnee State as Tyiesha Smith added 16 points as Marnae Holland tallied 10 rebounds.
Lindsey Wilson is back in action on Saturday when they welcome No. 3 Thomas More (Ky.) to Bigger Sports Center. Tipoff is slated for 5:30 p.m. CT.
