Murfreesboro, Tenn.-The Blue Raiders women's basketball team traveled to Middle Tennessee State for its lone exhibition game of the season falling 71-32 to Middle Tennessee State at the Monte Hale/Jimmy Earle Arena.

Janiya Davis led the Blue Raiders with a team-high of 6 points on 2-of-5 from beyond the arc. Emily Cox, Claire Fleming, and Saniyah Shelton all contributed with four points. Shelton led the team in rebounding with nine boards, seven of them coming on the defensive end. Lindsey Wilson shot 64 percent from the charity stripe connecting on seven of 11. 

The Blue Raiders return to action at 4 p.m. CT on Thursday when they travel to Williamsburg, Kentucky to take on West Virginia University Institute of Technology at the University of the Cumberlands Classic.
