RICHMOND, Ky. – The Blue Raider men's bowling team opened its 2024-25 season with a third-place finish at the Bulldog Bash, hosted by Union Commonwealth (Ky.).
Lindsey Wilson accumulated a total score of 5,855, including a tournament-best 2,227 across a dozen baker games, which comes out to an average of 185.6. The Blue Raiders also recorded the highest single-game baker score of 236.
Individually,
Jason Womack earned third place overall, throwing a 201 average over four games. The senior's best game of 245 came in his fourth try.
Junior
Nick Blakey followed close behind in sixth place as he cracked the 200-point threshold twice en route to a four-game average of 196.
Peyton Huskey finished in 13
th place with his best game of 217 helping him to a 187.5 average.

Braxton Crook, -- 40
th, 174.5 in two games – and Connor Fromme -- 43
rd, 155 in two games – rounded out the Blue Raiders' individuals.
All told, Lindsey Wilson ended up third in team bowling with a total of 3,628.
The Blue Raiders return to the lanes on Saturday, October 19 in Beavercreek, Ohio for the Baker "Orange" Tournament, hosted by Pikeville (Ky.).
