COLUMBIA, Ky.- The Blue Raiders get ready to step onto the hardwood to take on the visiting Blue Bears of Berea College (Ky) Monday at 6 P.M. CT in Biggers Sports Center. 

Lindsey Wilson (5-0) is off to a terrific start this season after defeating Miami-Hamilton (Ohio) 74-68 on Thursday. The Blue Raiders shot 41.4 percent from the field, and 79.3 percent from the charity stripe. Taylor Guess, Claire Fleming, Jarie Thomas, and Saniyah Shelton all posted double-digit outings with 25, 17, 12, and 11 points respectively. Thomas also picked up her first double-double of the season tacking on 10 rebounds. 

Berea College is off to a 2-0 start to the season after acquiring victories over Belhaven University (Miss.) and Millsaps College (Miss.). The Mountaineers return Collegiate Conference of the South Player Of The Year Lynkaylah James. James totaled 13 double-doubles in the 2023-24 season averaging 17.2 points, and 11.2 rebounds. 

The Blue Raiders and Mountaineers met in the 2023-24 season at Biggers Sports Center, where Lindsey Wilson won 91-55 over Berea. The Blue Raiders have won nine of the last ten meetings with the Blue Bears and look to continue that streak.
