WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. - The Lindsey Wilson women's basketball team fell to No. 15 University of the Cumberlands on Thursday evening with a final score of 79-57.
Leading the Blue Raiders in points was Sydnie Hall, who recorded 20 throughout the game and was 8-14 in shots from the field and 4-7 on three point shots. Lucy Patterson led in rebounds with five, followed by Emily Cox with four. Jordyn Stephen and Grace Brewer each had two assists, and Hall and Taylor Guess both recorded two steals.
Lindsey Wilson shot 33.3% from the field, 26.3% on free throws and 57.1% from the free throw line during the game. The Blue Raiders outshot the Patriots in three point shots during the first and third quarters, as well as in free throws during the fourth quarter.
The Blue Raiders will be traveling to McKenzie, Tennessee next Thursday for a 5:30 p.m. CST matchup against Bethel University.
