COLUMBIA, Ky. - The Lindsey Wilson women's basketball team will be traveling to Tennessee to face Bethel University and to Freed-Hardeman for this week's matchups.
The Blue Raiders are currently 16-10 overall and 4-6 in conference play, most recently falling to No.15 Cumberlands (Ky.) last weekend.
Lucy Patterson leads the team in points with 318, in rebounds with 209 as well as in steals with 34.
Amelia Hodges has recorded 262 points and 61 assists this season, and
Jarie Thomas has notched 19 blocks.
LWC are 1-3 in away games for conference this season, they will look to get their second one against Bethel. The last meeting between the Blue Raiders and the Wildcats was on January 20, with Lindsey taking the win with a score of 76-70.
Bethel is sitting on a record of 13-13 overall and 0-10 in conference play. They most recently faced Cumberland last weekend, where they battled to the buzzer but were heartbroken by a 67-64 loss. Alyia Lee and Madison Hart lead in average points per game in conference with 12.7 and 12.0 respectively. The pair also lead in rebounds per game with both sitting at 6.4.
No. 23 ranked Freed-Hardeman have a 19-8 overall record and are 5-6 in conference. The Lions were close to upsetting No.3 Campbellsville in their last game as they fell 55-52 at home. Rachel Satterly leads her team in average points per game in conference with 13.8. Leading in rebounds is KJ White with 5.1 rebounds per game, she also leads in total steals with 14.
The Blue Raiders and the Lions last met on January 18, with Lindsey grabbing the win with a score of 67-57.
Thursday's game is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. CST at Bethel and will be streamed live on The Bethel Broadcast Network. Saturday's game is set to start at 1 p.m. CST at Freed-Hardeman and will be broadcast live on the Lion Digital Network.
