COLUMBIA, Ky. - The Lindsey Wilson men's tennis team will be traveling to Missouri for their spring break trip to play (RV) Missouri Baptist University and No. 6 William Woods University (Mo.).

The No. 21 ranked Blue Raiders are currently 5-2 overall and 1-0 in conference play, most recently winning 6-1 against No.16 Grace College. The only loss from that matchup came from no. 7 ranked first racket, Jan Silhavy, who lost in the third set super tiebreak against Javier Gallego who is ranked at no. 9. Silhavy has an overall record of 3-3 so far this season, meanwhile Jaume Barcelo is on a five-match winning streak with a 5-1 record at second racket. Miquel Perez is on a three-match winning streak, with an overall record of 4-3.

In doubles, Silhavy and Perez are 4-3 overall and are on a three-match winning streak, while Barcelo and Lucas Marques have a 3-2 record. 

Missouri Baptist has a 9-3 overall record, coming off a 4-3 win against (RV) Morningside University on Tuesday. This will be the first meeting between Missouri Baptist and Lindsey Wilson. William Woods is sitting on a 7-2 overall record and a five-match winning streak, coming off a 4-1 win against No. 8 William Carey University. 

The Blue Raiders will first take on Missouri Baptist at 3 p.m. CST on Thursday, March 7, in St. Louis, Mo. followed by William Wood on Saturday, March 9 at 4 p.m. CST. in Fulton, Mo.
