COHUTTA, Ga. – The Lindsey Wilson women's golf team sits in sixth after the first day of the Roadrunner Invitational Monday at Nob North Golf Course.
The Blue Raiders shot a 47-over par 623 (314-309) on the par-72 5,851-yard course. Lindsey Wilson sits tied for sixth with Indiana Wesleyan and Taylor (Ind.) heading into the final round. The Blue Raiders tallied the third-most pars in the first two rounds with 103.
Katie Biddlecombe sits tied for 22nd with a 10-over par 154 (78-76) while
Kayla Saunders is 24th with a 155 (74-81).
Papatsara Niamrungrueang carded a 157 (79-78) and is tied for 28th,
Danielle Bekker shot a 159 (83-76) and
Megan Mann is tied for 41st with a 162 (83-79).
Tara Laverty competing as an individual shot a 166 (83-83) and is tied for 46th.
The final round of the Roadrunner Invitational gets underway Tuesday morning at Nob North Golf Course.
