COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson women's wrestling head coach Devane Dodgens is gearing up for the program's first official season with the hiring of Carley O'Neill as the Blue Raiders' first assistant coach.

O'Neill, a Campbellsville University (Ky.) graduate and native of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, was a five-time Women's Collegiate Wrestling Association (WCWA) academic All-American, an NAIA academic All-American, and a member of the Tigers' women's wrestling program that captured two NAIA National Invitational titles and one WCWA national championship.

On the mats, O'Neill is a five-time Kentucky USA State champion in freestyle, folkstyle, and Greco-Roman. She is also an original member of the Kentucky women's national team.

She holds coaching experience at the youth, high school and state levels, including at Bullitt East High School and Bullitt Central High School in Mt. Washington.
