COLUMBIA, Ky.- Women's basketball heads to Henderson, Tenn. for the second stop on the road this week to face No. 7 Freed-Hardeman University (Tenn.) on Saturday at 1 pm CST in Brewer Sports Center. 
Lindsey Wilson (13-6) is coming off an 83-65 loss to No. 9 Bethel University (Tenn.) dropping them to 1-3 in the Mid-South Conference, with their lone win coming against Cumberland University (Tenn.).  Taylor Guess and Saniyah Shelton lead the Blue Raider offense both averaging 16.3 points per game in conference play. Jarie Thomas rounds out the double-digit scoring with 11.3 per game alongside 4.8 rebounds in MSC play. 
Freed-Hardeman is entering the match-up against the Blue Raiders 1-3 in conference play after falling to No. 3 Campbellsville (Ky.) 71-52 on Thursday. Kaylee Odom drives the offense for the Lady Lions averaging 14.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in conference play. Carissa Curtis, and Rachel Satterly are also averaging double figures with 10.3 and 10.0, respectively. This season, Freed-Hardeman is shooting 41.6 percent from the field, 35.3 percent from behind the arc, and 74.6 percent from the charity stripe. 
The last time these two teams met was on March 1, 2024, where the Blue Raiders took the 63-59 victory in the first round of the Mid-South Conference Tournament. Lindsey Wilson has won seven of the last 10 match-ups and is currently holding on to a three-game win streak against the Lady Lions.
