DALTON, Ga. – The No. 19-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's golf team finished sixth at the Roadrunner Fall Invitational on Tuesday at Dalton Golf and Country Club.

The tournament field consisted of 10 schools ranked or receiving votes in the latest NAIA Coaches' Poll, with six being in the top 10. Lindsey Wilson  carded an 88-over-par 952 (324-311-317) on the par-72, 5,844-yard course. The Blue Raiders carded 17 birdies and had 137 pars over the three rounds. No. 3 Dalton State (Ga.) took home the team title with a 906, while No. 4 Marian (Ind.) finished runner-up with a 922.

Kayla Saunders finished tied for 17th with a 19-over 235 (85-72-78). Saunders carded 35 pars, which was tied for the sixth-most in the tournament. Thanaporn Buakong finished one shot behind Saunders with a 236 (81-77-78). Tara Laverty carded a 240 (79-81-80) to finish tied for 30th.

Henaaz Khera finished tied for 34th with a 241 (79-81-81) while Amanda Sitohang – competing as an individual – finished tied for 57th. Holly Murphy rounds out the Blue Raiders, tying for 62nd.

Lindsey Wilson closes out the fall season at the Mid-South Conference Fall Preview October 27-28, at Bowling Green Country Club in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
