COLUMBIA, Ky.- Women's Basketball heads to Williamsburg, Kentucky to face (RV) Milligan (Tenn.) on Thursday at 6 P.M. CT. and (RV) Huntington (Ind.) at Noon CT on Friday in the Patriots Classic hosted by the No.25-ranked Cumberlands (Ky.) in the O. Wayne Rollins Center. 

Lindsey Wilson sits at 1-0 on the season, defeating Union Commonwealth (Ky.) 105-50 in the season opener on Friday. The Blue Raiders faced Western Kentucky on Wednesday in an exhibition where they fell 52-41 in the Top'r Treat Classic at E.A. Diddle Arena.  Sophomore forward Meadow Tisdale began her Blue Raider campaign with 23 points, six rebounds, and two blocks on 10-of-12 from the field, and 3-for-5 from the charity stripe. Taylor Guess and Amelia Hodges both posted 11 points, along with three and two assists, respectively. 

LWU posted a 52.8% field-goal percentage, going 38-for-72 from the field, and a 52.9% three-point percentage going, 9-for-17 from behind the arc. 24 of the Blue Raiders' 38 buckets were assisted on, while only turning the ball over seven times, yielding a 3.4 assist-to-turnover ratio. 

Milligan opens its season against the Blue Raiders after finishing its 2024-25 campaign with a 25-8 and 19-3 in the Appalachian Athletics Conference. The Buffaloes return Senior Semaj Clark who led the offense last season with 15.5 points, 3.7 assists, and 7.6 rebounds per game.  Clark also notched a triple-double with 10 points, 10 boards, and 10 assists against Union Commonwealth last season. McKenna Myers also returns to the lineup, shooting 44.4 percent from the field and 35.7 percent from behind the arc. This meeting will be the first between the two programs. 

Huntington sits at 2-0 on the season with a 78-34 victory over East-West (Ill.) on October 30, and a 89-23 win over St. Mary of the Woods (Ind.) on Saturday. Allison Price leads the offense averaging 15.0 points, 6.0 assists, and 6.0 rebounds alongside Liv Raby, who averages a double-double with 12.5 points and 13.5 boards. Addie Shank, Annaka Nelson, and Kyndell Jochim also average double-digit scoring with 12.5, 10.5, and 10.0, respectively. This will also be the first meeting between LWU and Huntington. 

Women's basketball will lace up at 6 P.M. CT inside the O. Wayne Rollins center to face (RV) Milligan on Thursday and at Noon on Friday against (RV) Huntington for the Patriots Classic.
