COLUMBIA, Ky.- Women's basketball suits up for the last home game of the season against Mid-South Conference foe and seventh-ranked Lady Lions of Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) at 1 p.m. CST on Saturday in Biggers Sports Center.
Lindsey Wilson (15-10, 2-7 MSC) is coming off a tough 70-68 loss on Thursday to the No. 6 Patriots of the University of the Cumberlands (Ky.). Four Blue Raiders scored in double figures with 
Saniyah Shelton leading the way with 16 points and nine rebounds. 
Jarie Thomas added 15 points alongside two blocks, while 
Taylor Guess posted a double-double picking up 11 points and 11 boards and 
Grace Brewer coming off the bench, contributing 11 points.
On the season, reigning Mid-South Conference Offensive Player of the Week, Guess, leads the offensive brigade for Lindsey Wilson averaging 15.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 2.3 assists. Shelton tallies 11.8, alongside 6.3 boards while Thomas and 
Claire Fleming contribute 10.6 and 10.3, respectively. 
Freed-Hardeman is currently on a five-game win streak with their most recent victory coming from a 51-44 final score over the Phoenix of Cumberland University (Tenn.). The Lady Lions currently have a 22-3 overall record, and sit at 6-3 in the Mid-South. Freed-Hardeman picked up back-to-back top-15 wins defeating the-then No. 3 Tigers of Campbellsville (Ky.) 62-52 and No.12 Bethel (Tenn.) 59-53. 
Kaylee Odom leads the offense for FHU posting 11.4 points per game, alongside 5.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and has 23 blocks on the season. Rachel Satterly is the next leading scorer for the Lady Lions tallying 9.9 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.5 assists.
January 25 marks the first match-up between these two teams this season where Freed-Hardeman took a 74-52 victory over Lindsey Wilson in Henderson, Tenn. in Brewer Sports Center. The Blue Raiders lead the all-time series between the two programs at 8-5, winning seven of the last 10 meetings and six of the last nine conference matches. 
Lindsey Wilson will tip-off at 1 p.m. CST in Biggers Sports Center against the No. 7 Lady Lions and will be immediately followed by the men's game at 3 p.m. CST where the men will face the No. 4 Lions.
