COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson men's and women's tennis teams return to action this afternoon at 2 p.m. CT as they host Oakland City (Ind.) at the Henry Baughman Tennis Complex. This marks the first-ever meeting between the programs.

The No. 3-ranked Blue Raider women (6-2) enter the matchup following a dominant 6-1 win over No. 14 St. Thomas (Fla.) on Sunday. Lindsey Wilson has now won five straight matches, including a perfect 3-0 run at the Racer Invitational. Oakland City's women (5-2) are looking to bounce back after a 6-1 loss to Cumberlands (Ky.).

On the men's side, No. 8 Lindsey Wilson (5-3) is coming off a 7-0 sweep against St. Thomas, also extending their winning streak to five matches. The No. 20-ranked Mighty Oaks men (5-3) fell just short in their most recent outing, dropping a 4-3 decision against the Patriots. 

The Blue Raiders enter today's contest with momentum, highlighted by individual accolades. Aina Domingo Bernabeu and Lucas Marques were named Mid-South Conference Players of the Week last week, while Marques also earned NAIA Men's Tennis Player of the Week honors—becoming the eighth Blue Raider in program history to receive the award.

Lindsey Wilson opens play at 2 p.m. CT this Wednesday against Oakland City at the Henry Baughman Tennis Complex.
