LONDON, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson women's golf team is first after the first day of the Patriot Invitational Monday at Crooked Creek Golf Course.
The Blue Raiders were unable to finish the second round due to darkness. Lindsey Wilson has just two holes remaining in the second rounds. The Blue Raiders are currently 28-over par with a 597 (304-293) on the par-73 5,974-yard course. Lindsey Wilson has carded the most birdies in the tournament so far with 13.
Lindsey Wilson holds the top three spots on the individual leaderboard led by
Tara Laverty with a 146 (74-72) with one hole remaining in the round.
Butpapaporn Sukterm is second with a 147 (77-70) while
Papatsara Niamrungrueang is third with a 150 (75-75).
Pitchayapa Pungpho is eighth with a 154 (78-76),
Paige Gray is tied for 22nd and
Kendall Hacker – competing as an individual – is tied for 33rd.
The Blue Raiders will conclude the second round with the third round to follow Tuesday morning at Crooked Creek Golf Course.
