Rebecca Lucisano has been named to the 2025 Mid-South Conference cheerleading Champions of Character Team, officials announced.
The junior, of Burkesville, Kentucky, earns Champions of Character honors for the first time in her career and becomes the program's sixth different athlete all-time to be recognized.
The Mid-South recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.
Bethel's (Tenn.) Mia Jackson, Brescia's (Ky.) Keylee Newsome, Campbellsville's (Ky.) Janna Mei Smith, Cumberland's (Tenn.) Kaitlyn Trusty, Cumberlands' (Ky.) Elizabeth Sauberan, Georgetown's (Ky.) Kerrigan Medley, Midway's (Ky.) Jaiden Campbell and Pikeville's (Ky.) Savannah Wright all earned the honor.
Rebecca and her Blue Raider teammates are in Bowling Green, Kentucky this weekend for the Mid-South Conference championship at Bowling Green High School.
