BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson cheerleading team finished eight at the Mid-South Conference Cheerleading Championship Saturday at Studle Financial Arena.
 
This year's competition was comprised of two rounds. The first round was a preliminary worth 25 percent of the overall championship score while the second round was a finals round worth 75 percent of the total score.
 
The Blue Raiders scored 59.78 in the prelims competition this morning. Lindsey Wilson then had a score of 60.25 in the final round to finish with a total score of 60.13
 
Georgetown (Ky.) won the event with a score of 93.53 while Cumberlands (Ky.) finished runner-up with a score of 88.87. Midway (Ky.) took third with a total of 86.81
 
The results close out the Lindsey Wilson cheer schedule for the 2025 season.
