COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson football team is ranked No. 10 in the first regular-season edition of the 2025 Netting Professionals NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll, the national office announced Monday.
The Blue Raiders garnered 318 points to leap into the top 10 after beginning the season unranked. Lindsey Wilson is off to its first 3-0 start since the 2022 season. The Blue Raiders opened the 2025 season with a 45-10 victory over then-No. 10 Texas Wesleyan. Lindsey Wilson then defeated Ave Maria (Fla.) 37-3. This past Saturday, the Blue Raiders beat then-No. 8 St. Thomas (Fla.) 52-24. Lindsey Wilson closes out the non-conference portion of its schedule on Saturday at Reinhardt (Ga.) at 1 p.m. CT.
Grand View (Iowa) sits atop the poll with 436 points and all 16 first-place votes. Keiser (Fla.) is slotted second with 422 points while Benedictine (Kan.) is third with 405. Morningside (Iowa) and Indiana Wesleyan round out the top five with 389 and 372 points, respectively.
Georgetown (Ky.) is the highest-ranked Mid-South Conference team in the poll at No. 6 with 357 points. Campbellsville (Ky.) also represents the MSC in the top 25 at 16th with 221 points. Cumberland (Tenn.) and Cumberlands (Ky.) are mentioned in the receiving votes section with 53 and 13 points, respectively.
