COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson football team is ranked eighth in the latest edition of the 2025 Netting Professionals NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll, the national office announced Monday.
The Blue Raiders garnered 337 points to move up two spots to No. 8 and are the highest-ranked Mid-South Conference team in the poll. Lindsey Wilson is 4-0 this season after defeating Reinhardt (Ga.) 35-27 last Saturday. The Blue Raiders trailed 24-14 at halftime before outscoring the Eagles 21-3 in the second half for the victory.
Grand View (Iowa) sits atop the poll with 436 points and all 16 first-place votes. Keiser (Fla.) is slotted second with 422 points while Benedictine (Kan.) is third with 408. Morningside (Iowa) and Indiana Wesleyan round out the top five with 391 and 372 points, respectively.
Georgetown (Ky.) and Campbellsville (Ky.) also represent the MSC in the Top 25. Georgetown fell six spots to No. 12, earning 275 points. Campbellsville moved up three spots to No. 13, garnering 262 points. Cumberland (Tenn.) is mentioned in the receiving votes section with 56 points.
The Blue Raiders have a bye this week and are back in action on October 4 to open MSC play at Georgetown at 1:30 p.m. CT.
