COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson graduate student Selena Johnson was named the Mid-South Conference Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.

Johnson, a jumper from Saint Phillip, Barbados, delivered a record-breaking performance at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

She placed fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 12.22 meters, meeting the NAIA "A" standard and setting a new Lindsey Wilson school record.

The Blue Raiders return to action March 28 at the Blue Raider Rumble in Columbia, Kentucky at Parnell Family Stadium.
