COLUMBIA, Ky. - The Lindsey Wilson football team is ranked fifth in the first regular-season STADIONIC NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the NAIA announced on Monday.
 
The Blue Raiders moved up one spot from the preseason ranking to No. 5. Lindsey Wilson is off to a 3-0 start this season. The Blue Raiders are coming off a 61-12 victory over Rio Grande on Saturday. Lindsey Wilson has scored over 50 points in all three games this season. Through three games, the Blue Raiders are averaging 55 points per game, which ranks second in the NAIA. Lindsey Wilson ranks sixth in the NAIA, averaging 281 rushing yards per game.
 
Grand View (Iowa) sits atop the poll, while Keiser (Fla.) is slotted second. Montana Tech is ranked third, and College of Idaho is fourth.
 
Campbellsville (Ky.) and Georgetown (Ky.) also represent the Mid-South Conference in the Top 25. Campbellsville is ranked 10th, while Georgetown (Ky.) is tied for 24th. Cumberland (Tenn.) and Cumberlands (Ky.) are mentioned in the receiving votes section of the poll.
 
Lindsey Wilson returns to action on Saturday, traveling to No. 14 St. Thomas (Fla.) for an 11 a.m. CT kickoff.
