COLUMBIA, Ky. – The No. 13-ranked Lindsey Wilson women's golf team finished in first after the final round of the Blue Raider Fall Invitational on Tuesday at The Pines at Lindsey Wilson. 

The par-72 course measured a distance of 6,000 yards. The Blue Raiders carded 6-under-par 858 (278-282-298) to win their opening tournament of the year by 89 strokes over second-place Campbellsville (Ky.) (947).

Lindsey Wilson broke yet another program record on Tuesday. The Blue Raiders broke the record for lowest-team three-round total, 858, breaking the old record by six strokes. 

Vu Hoang Anh Nguyen broke the program record for lowest three-round score after carding an 11-under-par 205 (66-68-71). Nguyen finished the tournament in first place with a nine-shot lead over second place. Nguyen led the field in par-4 scoring (-2), par-5 scoring (-9), and birdies (17). 

Kayla Saunders finished in second after carding 2-under-par 214 (70-71-73). Saunders finished second in par-4 scoring (-1), third in par-5 scoring (-4), and second in birdies recorded (12). 

Tara Laverty finished third after carding a 217 (71-71-75). Laverty finished third in par-4 scoring (E), tied for fourth in par-5 scoring (-2), and led the tournament with 41 pars. 

Amanda Sitohang, competing as an individual, finished fourth after shooting 219 (71-75-73). Sitohang finished tied for third in par-3 scoring (+3), second in par-5 scoring (-5), and tied for third in birdies (9). 

Reece Garey finished tied for fifth after shooting 224 (71-74-79). Garey finished with the third-most pars (36), tied for fifth in par-4 scoring (+4), and sixth in par-5 scoring (-1).

Holly Murphy finished seventh after carding a 227 (76-72-79). Murphy finished third in birdies (9) and tied for fourth in par-5 scoring (-2).

Suwapat Jiratthakonkul, competing as an individual, finished eighth after shooting a 229 (75-79-75). Jiratthakonkul finished first in par-3 scoring (-1) and second in pars recorded (37).

Stevie Crozier-Hunt, competing as an individual, finished 10th after shooting a 232 (80-74-78). Crozier-Hunt finished tied for fifth with seven birdies recorded. 

Rattanavarin Tassaneetipagorn, competing as an individual, finished 11th after shooting a 235 (83-78-74). Tassaneetipagorn finished tied for eighth with 30 pars recorded. 

The Blue Raiders are back in action Monday at the Carey Collegiate in Hattiesburg, Miss.
