COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson senior Cole Greathouse has been named the Mid-South Conference Men's Bowler of the Week for the first time in his career.

The Louisville native claimed his first career top-five finish at Saturday's Maple City Classic, hosted by Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana, rolling a three-game average of 188.0 during team play. He then broke a tie for fifth place in a 9-10 frame roll-off to earn a spot on the all-tournament team.

Greathouse opened with a 173, followed with a 200 and closed with a 191. Including baker play, he recorded 48 strikes, six of which came during his 200 game.

As a team, Lindsey Wilson knocked down 2,559 pins in team play, the third-most in the tournament.

Greathouse is the seventh different bowler in program history to be named Mid-South Conference Bowler of the Week, joining teammate Connor Woosley.

Cole and his Blue Raider teammates return to action at the Midwest Collegiate Championships, Oct. 3-4, in Clinton Township, Michigan.
