Lindsey Wilson University

Callum Maskill (Pilgrim) was named the eighth head coach in the history of Lindsey Wilson softball on June 29, 2022. Through four seasons, she has compiled an overall record of 111-76, coached 16 Mid-South All-Conference honorees, two Mid-South Gold Glove recipients and the 2026 Mid-South Conference Pitcher of the Year.

Maskill was named the 2026 Mid-South Conference Coach of the Year after leading the Blue Raiders to the conference regular-season title and the program’s ninth conference tournament championship.

Maskill graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2019 with a degree in Physical Education and Health. As a Blue Raider student-athlete, she posted a career .384 batting average and .452 on-base percentage while recording 60 doubles, six triples and 25 home runs over four seasons.

Her 209 hits, 212 runs, 60 doubles and 205 stolen bases are all Lindsey Wilson program records. She also ranks among the top 10 in the program record book in 17 different statistical categories.

Maskill currently competes professionally as a member of the Canadian Women’s National Team. She has represented Canada at the international level since 2015, when she competed with the Junior Women’s National Team at the 2015 Junior Women’s Softball World Championship in Oklahoma City.

The Abbotsford, British Columbia, native played for the Canada Elite Team at the 2017 and 2018 Canada Cup International Softball Championships before making her debut with the Women’s National Team at the 2019 Canada Cup.

Maskill has also competed professionally with the Canadian Wild of Southern Illinois in the National Pro Fastpitch League.
