Pilgrim was named the eighth head coach in the history of Lindsey Wilson softball on June 29, 2022. Through three seasons, she has amassed an overall record of 69-68, coached nine Mid-South All-Conference honorees and one Mid-South Gold Glove catcher in 2025.
She graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2019, earning her degree in Physical Education & Health. With the Blue Raiders, she had a career .384 batting average and a .452 on-base percentage with 60 doubles, six triples, and 25 home runs in four seasons.
Pilgrim's 209 hits, 212 runs, 60 doubles, and 205 stolen bases are all LWC program records. She sits inside the top 10 of the program record book in 17 different statistical categories.
She currently competes professionally as a part of the Canadian Women's National Team. She has been competing with the Canadian National Team in some form since 2015 when she was on the Junior Women's National Team for the 2015 Junior Women's Softball World Championship in Oklahoma City.
The Abbotsford, British Columbia native played as part of the Canada Elite Team at the 2017 and 2018 Canada Cup International Softball Championship, and debuted with the Women's National Team as part of Team Canada at the 2019 Canada Cup. She has also played at the professional level with the Canadian Wild of Southern Illinois in the National Pro Fastpitch League
