Lindsey Wilson University

Chris Raggard is the first head coach of the Lindsey Wilson women's flag football program. He was hired on November 27, 2024. The first season of Lindsey Wilson flag football is slated for spring of 2026.

Raggard comes to Lindsey Wilson after leading Pace High School girls' flag football to a 70-22 record over his six seasons. He led Pace to a district and regional championship in spring 2024. The Patriots reached the Florida 2A State Semifinals, where they lost to the eventual state champions and the tournament's top seed 12-6.

Raggard created the Pace girls' flag football program from scratch in 2018-19. In addition to last season, Raggard led the Patriots to the 2022 district title with an 18-3 record. In all, Pace has a pair of district championships, one region title, and a region runner-up in the six seasons of existence.

Raggard has been named the Pensacola News Journal Coach of the Year three times and was a finalist for the Florida Dairy Farmers Coach of the Year in 2024. He has coached five student-athletes to first-team all-state honors, eight to second-team, and 12 to honorable mention.
