COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Six Blue Raiders scored double figures as the Lindsey Wilson College men's basketball team beat visiting Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) University 91-65 on Saturday at Biggers Sports Center.

Andrew Crooms came off the bench to add a career-high 10 points.
Lindsey Wilson used an 18-2 run over the final three minutes of the first half and the first four minutes of the second half to break open a close game. A hard-fought first half had produced two ties and four lead changes.
Blue Raider senior center
Anthony Labka scored two of his 13 points with 15:38 left to close out the run and give Lindsey Wilson a 44-30 lead.
Freed-Hardeman reserve Kirtiss Brown's basket in the paint cut the Lindsey Wilson lead to nine with 13:19 left, but that was as close as the Lions (2-9) came.
Back-to-back three pointers by Crooms and sophomore
Brandon Adams extended the LWC lead to 67-47 with 7:35 left. Adams finished with 12 points, all in the second half.
The Lions managed to cut the lead below the 20-point plateau just once -- 70-58 with 6:32 left -- inside the final seven minutes on a pair of free throws by FHU sophomore Kristoffer Smith. Smith finished with 12 points.
