COLUMBIA, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's basketball team scored 33 of the game's first 35 points en route to a 90-37 win over visiting Boyce (Ky.) College tonight at Biggers Sports Center.
Three Blue Raiders (3-1) scored in double figures led by senior center Sam Walton's 20 points. Walton finished making 10-of-11 shots while matching his career-high.
Junior center Paki Brown added a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds and freshman guard Chase Spreen chipped in a career-high 13 points in the Blue Raider win.
Lindsey Wilson dominated both ends of the court.
The Blue Raiders shot 56.3 percent (40-of-71) while limiting Boyce to just 20.7 percent (12-of-58) shooting. Lindsey Wilson also out-rebounded the Bulldogs 47-30.
Boyce senior guard Bennett Ward scored a game-high 21 points in the loss.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 4 p.m. CT on Saturday, Nov. 15, as the Blue Raiders host Johnson Bible School at Biggers Sports Center.
