MCKENZIE, Tenn. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's soccer team beat host Bethel (Tenn.) University 4-1 today in a battle of the last two NAIA National Champions.

The Blue Raiders -- the defending national champions -- overcame an early 1-0 deficit with four straight goals en route to their seventh consecutive win.

Bethel's Mario Vila Boa gave the No. 23-ranked Wildcats -- the 2008 national champions -- the 1-0 lead with a goal in 20th minute of the game.

The Bethel (7-4-1) lead was short-lived as Lindsey Wilson's Carnell Learmond scored the equalizer in the 26th minute. The goal is Learmond's team-leading 14th of the season.

Just prior to halftime, Lindsey Wilson sophomore Lebogang Moloto scored the first of his two goals on the day to break the tie. Moloto netted an unassisted goal in the 41st minute to give the No. 10-ranked Blue Raiders (10-1-1) the 2-1 lead.

In the second half, Moloto extended the Blue Raider lead to 3-1 in the game's 50th minute with his fourth goal of the season.

Lindsey Wilson's Orrin Farrell closed the game's scoring off a Moses Aduny assist -- his second for the game -- in the 78th minute to give the Blue Raiders the 4-1 win.

Pedro Caetano picked up the win in goal for the Blue Raiders allowing a single goal while collecting three saves. Bethel's Stefan Zalad allowed four goals with three saves.
