WEST PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- With 165 team points the Lindsey Wilson College men's cross country team finished seventh in the Mid-South Conference Championships on Saturday hosted by Shawnee State (Ohio) University.
Shawnee State won the conference title with 15 points, while Georgetown (Ky.) College finished second with 64 points and Campbellsville (Ky.) University took third with 109 points.
Nine of the top-10 finishers came from Shawnee State, while the top Blue Raider finisher was Jordan Green in 37th place with a time of 29 minutes even. Oskars Bormanis finished in 43rd place with a time of 30 minutes and 14 seconds and Ricardo Vergara finished 46th (30:23.0).
Blake Hendricks finished 48th with a time of 30:34.0, while Mathew Mattingly (30:41.0) and Andrew Wright (30:46.0) finished back-to-back in 50 and 51st place, respectively to round out the Blue Raider finishers.
