MIDWAY, Ky. – John-Paul Williamson won his third race of the season at the Midway (Ky.) College Men's Cross Country Invitational on Saturday.

Williamson won the 47-man event with a time of 25 minutes and 55 seconds -- 38 seconds in front of his nearest competitor.

As a team, the Blue Raiders posted 86 team points to finish fifth.

Berea (Ky.) College won the team event with 24 points.

Garry Korir -- who ended the 8,000-meter race in 27:56 -- finished in the top 10 with a ninth place finish. Cody Hymer finished 27th with a time of 30:22.

The Blue Raiders return to action on Saturday, Nov. 9 for the Mid-South Conference Championships hosted by the University of Rio Grande in Rio Grande, Ohio.
