WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. -- Aleksi Pahkasalo scored four times to lead Lindsey Wilson men's soccer to a 7-0 win over host Cumberlands (Ky.) on Tuesday night at the UC Soccer Complex.

Andrew Revanales added a pair of goals while Brian Richards chipped in a goal and three assists to help the Blue Raiders improve to 5-3 on the season and 2-0 in the Mid-South Conference.

Richards opened the scoring in the second minute with his fourth goal of the season to give Lindsey Wilson the 1-0 lead. Pahkasalo double the lead with his first goal of the night in the 20th minute. He added another goal in the 31st minute off a cross into the penalty area from Mutaya Mwape for the 3-0 lead.

After a dominating first 45 minutes -- where the Blue Raiders outshot the host Patriots (2-6-1, 0-1 in the MSC) 11-1 -- Lindsey Wilson continued to press forward in the second half.

Like the quick start to begin the game, the Blue Raiders struck early in the second frame.

Pahkasalo notched the hat trick with a goal off a Richards' assist in the 47th minute. Richards fed the ball to Pahkasalo just inside the penalty area and he chipped it over Cumberlands' goalkeeper Ahmed Ghatwary for the 4-0 lead.

Revanales got into the scoring column in the 55th minute with a blast into the lower left corner off another assist from Richards. Four minutes later Pahkasalo scored his final goal of the night and his seventh of the season to give Lindsey Wilson the 6-0 lead.

Revanales closed out the scoring in the 65th minute off Richard's team-leading eighth assist of the season for the 7-0 lead and eventually the win.

Alvaro Cortazar and Caio Bergamo shared time in goal for the Blue Raiders, combing to face just one shot. The Blue Raiders closed out-shooting Cumberlands 25-1, including 14-0 in shots on goal.

Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 7 p.m. CT on Friday, Sept. 30, as the Blue Raiders host Campbellsville (Ky.) at Walter S. Reuling Stadium.
