MOBILE, Ala. -- Lindsey Wilson men's golf team finished in fifth place at the Badger Invitational hosted by Spring Hill (Ala.) at the Magnolia Grove Crossings Golf Course.
The Blue Raiders shot a team-total 895 for the tournament, 21 strokes off the pace set by Mobile (Ala.) who finished in first place of the 11-team field with a 10-over par 874 total.
Callum Blinkhorn finished the tournament in fourth place, shooting 2-under par (69-74-71) three-round total. Blinkhorn grabbed the opening-round lead with a 3-under par 69 and then turned in a 2-over par 74 and a 1-under par 71 over his final two round to tie for fourth.
Morgan Grace finished in 15th place after posting a 9-over par three-round score of 225 (76-76-73). Colby White managed a 22nd place finish after shooting an 11-over par score for the tournament. He managed a to come back from an opening round 80 with a second round 72 and capped things off with a 75.
Etienne Rensburg posted a 77-79-77 for his three rounds while Cody Mingus carded an 83-76-76 for his tournament. Jeremiah Hayes -- competing as an individual – posted an 81-77-81 score over three rounds.
The Blue Raiders are back in action on March 11 when they travel to Pine Mountian, Georgia for the Skyhawk Invitational at Callaway Garden Resort.
