BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- The Lindsey Wilson women's cross country team finished fifth in the Drakes Creek Scramble Saturday morning at Philmore Park.

The Blue Raiders finished with a team score of 118 points. Sophomore Meredith Johnson led the team with a 14th place finish with a time of 21:14.56. Dezare Jackson, Laura Cuin-Casimiro, and Macey Wilson rounded out the top-30 finishes for the Blue Raiders.

Jackson crossed the finish line at 22:08.05, Cuin-Casimiro at 22:10.80, and Wilson at 22:10.99.

Cumberlands (Ky.) took home the gold with a team score of 41 points.

Lindsey Wilson women's cross country will be back in action Sept. 21 at the Austin Peay Cross Country Festival in Clarksville, Tennessee.
