BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Three Lindsey Wilson men's cross country runners finished in the top-five at the Drakes Creek Scramble as the Blue Raiders pick up their second win this season.
Lindsey Wilson tallied 24 team points to best second-place Shawnee State (Ohio) who finished the event with 40 points. As a team, the Blue Raiders averaged a time of 27 minutes and 35 seconds.
Levi Owens was the fastest Blue Raiders on the day with a time of 27:01.4 to cross the finish line in second place. Victor Clark took third with a time of 27:24.5 as Jim Headrick claimed fourth with his time of 27:36.4.
Jordan Tucker turned in a sixth-place finish with a run of 27:44.9 as Nolan Foushee rounds out the top-10 with a time of 28:07.8.
Noah Brown (29:10.9), Austin Mattingly (29:42.6), Logan Bullock (30:05.9) and Mason Stogsdill (30:41.2) each finished within the top-50 of the 75 man field.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action on Oct. 24 when they take part in the Chick-Fil-A Invite hosted by Asbury (Ky.) in Wilmore, Kentucky.
