WILMORE, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson men's cross country team claimed their third first-place finish in as many events this season as they took first place at the Chick-Fil-A Invite on Saturday afternoon.
Levi Owens picked up his third career victory – second straight this season – crossing the finish line with a time of 26 minutes and 34.53 seconds.
Three Blue Raider harriers then finished the race consecutively as Victor Clark took fourth with a time of 27:21.53, Jordan Tucker took fifth at 27:31.75 and Nolan Foushee claimed sixth with a time of 27:38.91.
Logan Bullock managed to finish in 20th place when he crossed the finish line at 29:21.18. Noah Brown finished in 24th place at 29:32.96, Austin Mattingly took 26th with a time of 29:48.12 as Mason Stogsdill took 27th at 30:07.18.
Harley Waters just cracked the top-30 finishing with a time of 30:11.03 for 29th place.
Of eight teams at the event, the Blue Raiders were the only squad to average a time under 28 minutes with a team average of 27:25.58.
